Tip:

At this time, information about the property is gathered and provided by the owner which serves as the background of the design work.  This usually includes providing any site or building plans you might have, a survey of the land, CC&Rs, a Title Report, and other reports and data necessary for the particular needs of the project.  When plans for existing buildings are not available, we will prepare measured “as-built” drawings and include the cost of such work in our proposal for services.
