In addition to providing our own clients with expertise in the City of Santa Barbara and City of Flagstaff development approval processes and requirements, we assist other architects, developers, contractors, and homeowners/DIYers. Timely solutions are expedited by our knowledge of what is sought, how requirements are presented, and responsive solutions. We offer code and process consulting, zoning and design compliance review, application preparation, submittal services, and importantly, plain English interpretations of the review comments provided.
